We are hiring a Business Operations Manager to build and scale our provider operations framework. The operations role calls for a combination of creativity, analytical, and process driven mindset. You will have an outsized company impact while solving problems in clinical analytics/reporting, clinician recruiting, provider support, and capacity planning.

This is a full-time, remote opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute on strategic provider initiatives that produce clear business value.
• Utilize data, metrics, and analytics available to design and deliver KPIs, dashboards, data driven experimentation, and process improvements for the Clinical Operations Team.
• Work cross functionally with all organizations within Evernow to enable Evernow’s exponential growth.

Experience

• Management Consulting, Strategy, Analytics, or Business Operations experience strongly preferred (2+ years).
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to take on an evolving suite of responsibilities.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at every level (C Suite, Cross Functional Partners, Clinicians and External Partners).
• Passion and ability to structure and solve ambiguous and multifaceted problems.
• Comfortable in a lightning fast work environment with a bias toward action.
• Strong project management and process skills.
