We are looking for talented New/Recent Graduates (Graduating from Jan 2021-July 2022) to join our Product Management team! We are in search of individuals who have strong customer intuition, exceptional communication skills, and an ability to navigate technical challenges. You will join the inaugural class of our new product management program that will grow the next generation of product leaders at DoorDash.

Our goal is to develop a world-class product management teams. This means shipping products in your first quarter at DoorDash, developing your own strategy and roadmap, and working alongside experienced product managers who will teach you the skills of product management on the job. You’ll also work among engineers, designers, and operators in a fast-growing environment. Given the three-sided nature of our business, you will not have the luxury of having tunnel-vision for any one area; rather, you will need to think holistically and understand the business deeply to set the right long-term strategy for your area and the company.


You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Get your start in Product Management and learn the ropes from seasoned PMs. You’ll have important problems to solve and ultimately own the end to end Product Development process.
  • Grow to lead a cross-functional team of engineering, design, operations, and marketing. 
  • Guide product definition, strategy, and long-term vision for initiatives across audiences of our 3-sided marketplace of consumers, merchants, and Dashers
  • Identify the biggest problems to solve. Drive new feature development from start to finish.
  • Run user research, usability studies, data-driven experiments to inform product direction.
  • Craft the strategic direction of the company.
  • Establish and measure success metrics after launch. Consistently integrate behavior data and customer feedback into essential product decisions.
  • Communicate product plans, benefits and results to all audiences - within teams, company, to users, press etc.
  • Be a part of DoorDash’s first entry-level PM program!

  • You have Product/Design/User Research/Engineering/Data Science or other relevant internship or industry experience
