Peloton is looking to hire product management interns to help own and launch new experiences in two of our most exciting growth business areas: Corporate Wellness and eCommerce Post Order.

The Corporate Wellness team is democratizing access to fitness by working with employers to bring Peloton to their employees. We are redefining the space -- setting a new bar for what customers and members have come to expect.

The eCommerce Post Order team is creating a seamless, transparent, and engaging order experience from checkout to first workout. By providing a delightful first touch with the Peloton brand, we will immediately build trust with our members, ultimately creating loyal brand evangelists.

In This Role You Will

  • Work closely with experienced product managers to develop product vision, roadmap, and planning
  • Act as the voice of the customer (members, B2B employers, and internal teams) to define and validate new product requirements and specifications.
  • Use data to define success and drive product decisions
  • Partner with design and engineering teams to develop new features and products.
  • Work with research teams across Peloton and participate in field research outings to develop deep understanding and empathy with the customer.
  • Build relationships across the Peloton organization and facilitate cross-functional communication.

About You

  • Graduating class of 2023 in a college/university, community college or vocational program
  • Are Empathetic with the customer and internal partners and passionate about meeting their needs.
  • A Self-starter who is motivated and ambitious
  • Are curious and passionate about continuously learning. You love breaking down and tackling complex problems and making data driven decisions.
  • Are collaborative and empathetic and have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, build connections with team members through effective communication and collaboration, and seek out opportunities to develop an inclusive and connected working environment.
  • Want to become experienced in knowing how new products come to life and interested in learning more about product management and product design and growing within the Product Management space.

Peloton’s 11-week-long summer internship program, which takes place from June to August 2022, will allow you to put your classroom learnings into practice at one of the most innovative companies in the world. Our curriculum focuses on professional advancement opportunities (think networking and mentorship), skills development, and on the job training across departments. Please note, this is a US-based internship program.
