The Role
Zeus is looking for an Associate Product Manager with Operations and/or Customer Support experience to join our Operations Product team, one of the company’s key focus areas. You will work with the Lead Product Manager of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and other company Directors to support the execution of our product strategy. Your goal is simple: create a world-class check-in and living experience for our residents.
Our Product team is responsible for driving the product strategy for Zeus, and for ensuring that our technology teams are focused on, and delivering the biggest impact possible for the business. That includes three broad product groups: our Resident-facing product, our Owner-facing product, and our Ops Product.
This Associate Product Manager will join the Operations Product team, which is responsible for building and deploying features and products that help our Operations team with onboarding new homes, maintaining current listening, and supporting residents during their stay.
