Campus Growth Lead
Our expanding company is seeking to hire a Campus Growth Lead to join our talented team. Reporting to the local Operations Manager, the Campus Growth Lead will focus on new user acquisition as our primary representative on campus. As the face of Duffl on campus, you will initiate marketing and promotional activities to grow the number of Duffl users on your campus as well as develop loyalty amongst our existing customers.
The Campus Growth Lead is responsible for growing the Duffl customer base, build our brand awareness on campus, and promote brand loyalty. You will hire, train and manage the "Duffl Squad", a team of Brand Ambassadors who use their on-campus influence to grow the Duffl community.
The successful candidate will be open-minded, resourceful, decisive, and possess a high degree of humility. They will be comfortable leading a team and setting a positive example. This is a tough job that requires an incredible amount of dedication. We are looking for passionate, ambitious and hard-working students who want to help lead an entrepreneurial business.
