Lark Innovation team is the hub in ByteDance US to build innovative enterprise solutions. We launched a great communication tool product in 2020 and is now working on multiple innovative products at the same time. You will join us building next-generation remote working tools for bringing employees connected and leading much more efficient communications.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering teams on researching all aspects of product readiness, and handling regular operational requests

- Create and update content and support daily operations of external marketing channels including email, social media, etc.

- Create and edit internal and external user-facing content contributing to the user experience including help center, FAQ, etc.

- Manage onboarding of new users and ensure users have the appropriate level of training and product knowledge

- Manage user feedback loops: reply to user inquiries, collect user feedback and provide regular updates to Product, UX and Engineering teams.

- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prepare and communicate product updates, release notes, product demos, etc.

- Work with Product and Research teams on user interviews, surveys, user testing, etc.

- Facilitate access, monitor and communication of relevant insights (including product usage and user feedback) to support product decision-making

- Streamline product day-to-day operational routines, processes and tools to guarantee an optimal information flow inside the Product team and with cross-functional partners

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, UX and Engineering to help improve operational workflows

- Work on other ad-hoc tasks assigned by mentors or supervisors

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, MBA preferred

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

- Strong organizational and communications skills

- Experience analyzing data and generating data-backed insight to support decision-making

- Experience managing cross-functional projects and using project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, Notion, etc.

- Available to work 40 hours/week during normal business hours

- Being able to start working before the end of 2021
