We’re looking for a MBA Intern, Strategy & Operations to join our Content & Partnerships team at Snap Inc! As an MBA Intern, you will support teams across the Content & Partnerships organization by providing critical business insights by using analytics and help drive strategic initiatives forward.

Working remotely, you will fully immerse yourself in structured problem solving, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations that accelerate progress toward growth, engagement and monetization goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive critical analysis, insights, and recommendations on high-priority, strategic initiatives across our Content & Partnerships teams.
  • Motivate cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion by engaging Product, Sales and Engineering teams. Exhibit excellent judgment on complex issues, foster collaboration.
  • Identify inefficiencies across the organization and create programs and processes to solve them. Support development and implementation of tools and reporting infrastructure for the organization.
  • Develop clear, simple, and persuasive internal and external communications to influence executive stakeholders. Exercise discretion on problems, determining appropriate escalation paths to drive contributions.
  • Provide day-to-day strategy and operations support to executive leaders. Help with the annual and quarterly planning process, including creation and execution of cross-functional strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Proven organization, presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to track, prioritize and successfully execute on multiple concurrent projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a MBA degree.
  • 2 years of experience in a corporate strategy or advisory role, working with executives
  • Experience working cross-functionally on cross-product initiatives
  • Experience advising executive leaders on strategy, organization, and business operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ experience working closely with senior executives
  • 1+ experience working in a global capacity
