The Impact You Will Make

We’re seeking an Operations Intern (Paid) to join our Operations/Logistics team. You will help build, implement and scale workflows to receive and resell returned merchandise. Through the optimization of these workflows, you will directly contribute to an exciting logistics effort which supports thousands of small businesses every day.

What You Will Do

• Strategize, execute, and improve a returns processing workflow
• Account for inventory, minimize losses, and track pain points regarding inventory management
• Use project management software to process, track, and document efforts from start to finish
• Strategize, execute, and improve our processes to resell returned merchandise
• Engage with retailers and brands to provide an excellent customer experience

What We Are Looking For

• You are driven and ready to dive into hands-on work with a small team
• You have a strong ability to operate independently, and you are passionate about growing professionally
• You are very organized and detail-oriented
• You are authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship in the future
• You can lift objects/boxes up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis
• You can commute to Burbank, CA and work in-person, subject to COVID-19 protocols
• You have prior work experience or a competitive GPA
