The Role
We are looking for a Strategy Research Intern to work with us over the summer. Someone who is innately curious about learning and is creative and thoughtful when interacting with our internal teams and building relationships. You will help support our Strategy Team by conducting research to support various strategic initiatives and working on other projects as assigned.
What You’ll Do
- Talented and motivated Interns will be involved in solving strategic business problems/challenges as Lark continues to develop its technologies/product
- Conduct business development, go-to-market, clinical, market and other research to support various strategic initiatives
- Create internal and external facing collateral, including reports, decks, documents, graphics, etc.
- Communicate effectively across multifunctional teams
- Communicate detailed findings in an easy-to-understand manner to managers/executives
- Learn and understand Lark's organizational structure, including teams and their functions, tech stack, USP, market positioning, partnerships, and messaging
- Interns are expected to be highly motivated and self-driven as you will be expected to take ownership of deliverables, consult with Lark employees/managers to establish goals, review progress, and present solutions to leadership
What You’ll Need
- Interns need to be highly motivated and be ready to demonstrate a steep learning curve to get familiar with Lark’s technology stack
- Requires out of the box thinking to develop innovative solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of health tech players and market trends
- Strong research skills
- Basic knowledge of chronic disease prevention and management (hypertension, diabetes, CVD)
- Interest in healthcare/health tech
- Ability to prioritize delegated tasks and meet deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft Office/Google Suite skills (including Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides)
