At Shopmonkey, we're redefining the future of shop management and growing our product team to define and build on our vision of helping shops everywhere thrive.

We are looking for a smart, humble and hungry intern who wants to learn about product management, dig into technical details, and have a real-world impact on product direction.

In this role, you will be involved in the strategy, development, and launch of Shopmonkey products to meet the needs of automotive shop owners and teams across North America.

This role requires strong and proactive communication skills and the ability to be a contributor in working directly with Shopmonkey customers and employees. You will not just be watching from the sidelines, you will be an active participant on the Shopmonkey product management team.

You Will Have The Opportunity To:

  • Research and generate lists of potential product integration partners
  • Evaluate integration capabilities / methods for potential integration partners
  • Build proposal of prioritized partner opportunities for 2022
  • Research use cases for customer usage of webhooks & api
  • Build no-code integrations for prioritized use cases
  • Work directly with customers to deploy no-code integrations

We Are Looking For You If You Have:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to communicate successfully with a wide range of audiences, including customers, partners, developers, and Shopmonkey employees.
  • Experience with productivity tools such as Slack, Zoom, Gmail, etc.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiar with webhooks, REST APIs, and no-code solutions
  • Strong spreadsheet experience to build reports and/or ROI models
  • You get the gif and meme what you say
  • Comfortable with product management methodologies (Agile, etc.)

The deadline to apply for this internship is Friday, 04/01/2022. Interviews will begin 04/15/2022 and offers will be made by 05/10/2022. Internships start on 05/23/2022 and will end on 08/12/2022.
