About the role

As an operations analyst, you will own and manage the onboarding processes with the 3rd party delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub) in a local market for Acelerate. You will work closely with the local team in your market to strategize the growth of the market in terms of the number of brands that a restaurant partner can take on.

What you'll do...

• Collaborate with marketplace partners (Grubhub, Ubereats, Doordash, ect.) to ensure fluency across all operations
• Onboard & Activate our delivery only restaurant concepts at new and existing restaurant partners
• Edit marketplace menu's and update storefront hours
• Work cross-functionally with our operations, sales, engineering, product teams - and more to provide product feedback (hardware and software) and help roll out best practices
